Location: Arnolfini Bristol

Description: NO GEARS 3 :

http://twitter.com/NoGearsBristol

After our 2009 events we are moving the mile and a half west from The Cube cinema to the luxury 200 all seater cinema within the Arnolfini art-space in central Bristol.

The event will be held on Thursday 3rd June and we welcome anyone along to check out 2 incredible films.
As usual we have cherry picked films we consider to be of interest to bike riders and not just fixed wheel enthusiasts, although the films center around track-bike activities.

“LONDON TO PARIS”
Directed by Grace Ladoja, ‘London to Paris’ documents 10 riders from all over the world making the track bike journey from London to Paris to meet Lance Armstrong as the Tour De France 2009 comes to a close. With beautiful cinematography from David Procter.

“DEATH PEDAL 2″
Death Pedal 2 is the follow up to the highly successful Death Pedal fixed-gear film. This movie was filmed and edited by Kareem Shehab (Leader Bikes) and showcases the talents of fixed gear freestyle riders from coast to coast across the United States. Featured locales include Los Angeles/Orange County CA, Houston/Austin TX, Atlanta GA, and New York NY. Riders profiled in the film include Corey Vulture (first seen in Council of Doom), Ed “Wonka” Laforte (GoRilla Bikes), Eric Puckett (Volume Bikes), AJ Austin (Milwaukee Bikes), Justin “Congo” Mitchell (Volume Bikes), and Torey “Hfwido” Thornton (Wrahw). This latest installment in the “Death Pedal” series has once again set the bar for Fixed Gear Freestyle.

Tickets will be available in advance for this night direct from the Arnolfini… see information below.
