It's all about the low pro yo… I just bought something, I have no will power and now no money either, but I think it was a good price, 700c back 24″ front cliff shrubb. Need to find some things to sell now!

Yeh the one on bike radar, got it for a bit less than the asking price Yes have the pete dunn, the grand plan is use the Raleigh through the winter then sell it and use the money to finish the pete and do whatever to the cliff, that's plan A anyway.

i was going to do something with this:
(knight 531 competition road frame, campag dropouts, lugged construction)

but now i'm going to sell it on, possibly to lois, because i then bought this:
(competition bob jackson low-pro, not quite as seen; has an aerospoke on the back, not the front, campag components)

That paint job on the lo pro!? Looks nice.

i lazily called it a mixte; i had been looking for one, but this frame was too nice.
paint job on the low-pro will be bob jackson's own; with typical barber-pole seatpost. lush. might be a bit shabby up close though.

Here it is, just needs 2 new tubs and it's ready to go. It going to stay as it is, have added some period shimano 600 pedals as would struggle with riding pedal less. Need to get some autosol aswell.
It has Modolos Kronos brakes which don't seem that obvious with regards to cable replacement, anyone with experiance of these?
Really pleased with it

Like that, who's it made by? Looks like it says 'Clit Rubb' on the downtube but my monitor isn't too hot!
Trial fitted the deltas earlier today and starting to think about building this up as a geared bike now :s

i think it looks nice. just not so keen on the upside down brakes. maybe get some tt levers?
are you planning on riding some TTs next year? there is a series at axbridge every wednesday – i'll be doing a few of those alongside the bristol south open events.
mmm – pinarello with deltas…gears… now you're talking.

Ha thanks, it's a cliff shrubb!
My modolos kronos brakes are the same type as your deltas, using a diamond type linkage, I don't understand at all, but they both look nice!

I would be up for some tt's I will be slow but it's all good fun! Yeh the levers do look particularly dodgy in that pic, kind of like they are for poking people in the batty as you come up behind them?

current build, perfect lady starter bike, but a bit nicer. waiting on longer reach brakes, some ourys. it's an NOS diamant (belgian), possibly late 70s, early 80s. still paint in the BB shell. quite pleased with my headset-fitting skills, knocked up a home-made headset press – job done. got nitto stem (swag) and blue risers (£5 at jumble).
whole bike:

amazing chromed fork crown:

campagnolo gran sport chainset:

lovely chromed campag dropouts and chainstays

gorgeous pearl to metallic blue fade; sweet brake bridge too:

interesting lugged join for dropped top-tube:

diamond cutout; rolls saddle:
