Hello,
I have a lovely Cinelli 1R 26.4mm stem which I had cranked right up around a 26.0mm bar. I went to remove the bar today and it wouldn't budge, after much yanking and wiggling it about it came apart along woth the wedge being in 2 bits 
I then put my new 26.4 bar into the stem and tightened it up, the wedge seems to be ok, I thought I would remove it to take a pic to post up, but now it won't budge again!
Just going to leave it now, not really sure why I am posting this just wanted some reassurance really!?
