ok, so we have four racers. i'm open to changing the date if more people could do an alternative … but it's kinda hard to tell at present. besides jase and pj, anyone else like the idea but can't do next thurs? previous evidence suggests you ain't ever going to get a date that's good for everyone…

first post updated with my "photoshop skillz for engineers".
there will be:
- individual timed runs. (one each, or more if there's time and not too many people).
- a mass-start race to finish if the police haven't stopped proceedings by then.
- prizes and (fingers crossed) spoke cards.
- no bombing, diving or heavy petting. Or cheating.

How far are the sprints? About 500 meters? My 500 meters from last night at the track spilt times 16.9/18.9 total – 35.8
