Was that up or down Winsley Hill? Either way well done.

evening all.

for the second Bath evening ride, we'll be aiming a little more in the horizontal plane.  a nice fast blast out to Box on the main road, then south to Bradford on Avon, from where we'll take the towpath back to Bath.  About 20 miles, but with rather less hills than last week.  Couple of climbs, but neither of them too horrific … we'll only be popping our heads over 100m once in the whole ride.

oh yeah, and if it's properly raining we'll probably bail – call me for confirmation if it looks ominous.

meet, as before, at the cork vaults, 6.15pm this Thursday (map in first post on this thread).  sign up below….

Just got back from what was a pretty decent ride. Just the right ratio of mileage/pub stops for me :) Really enjoyed the route, nice road out to Bradford on Avon and then the chilled out canal path back to Bath via the Cross Guns.

Was good to meet up with the Bath crew again, looking forward to next weeks sprint, especially as we got some sneaky practice in!

My pics are here. Just be warned, they're a bit rubbish…
