Like to say A HUGE THANKYOU TO all the riders yesterday that made Santa Cruise Alleycat a a greatend of year success!
I think we all enjoyed ourselves on this chilly winter day and a big Congratulations to Graham – G Bitch for winning the 16-17 mile city centre race in just over an hour – i will post the results shortly. Also a massive thankyou to the sponsors who made it even more worthwhile and nearly ensured everyone got a prize to go home with!Sponsors again were Velosolo / Freshtripe / 14Bikeco. / Urbanhunter / Boiksmoind / White Duck Screen Printing. – Thankyou! Shout outs to my 6 checkpoint helpers! Esp. Marcus at Whitchurch who does'nt ride fxed was cycling from Gustos' to the point when he got a puncture 15 mins b4 start, walked the Marin back to us. Got on my Hopper and cycled far longer than he had ever done before on a fixed gear to get the church in good time. Big up to Antony and his Holy Wine and crackers.And my lady Louise and Clare at Briz. Wolfgang and Joe from Cheltenham too! Here are some photos of the day i took at my Flickr account:-
