mista s said:'tumps' are a nice idea. not sure how fixed gear bikes handle a bmx track tho. might give it a go on my fixed mtb. i think they've redone the track recently. not been up there for a few years.
this slightly odd video shows what it's like now.

the 'track' i refer to for the alleycat is made of tarmac. don't go worrying pj into thinking he's going to be made to go off road.

I rescued the old GT from a pub garden back in early January when your so-called 'mate' got drunk and left it there moments before embarking on a tour of some place he called America… she been gathering dust in a secure lock-up ever since!

so we're a little over 4 weeks 'til race day. all is coming together nicely. my sincere thanks to Will at Hubjub, John + Monique at 14bikeco, Max at Velosolo, Mick at Prendas, Ian and Sean at John's bikes, Jonny + Will at Cadence bikeshop and Josh + Bex at White duck screenprints for help with the prizes so far.
It would be useful to get an idea of numbers for T-shirts and spoke cards etc. So if we could start a list, that would be great.
