i'm planning an alleycat for feb. probably aim for a valentines day massacre. checkpoints are gonna be based in the various parks in and around the fair city of Bath. this will probably be a cold one so we're going for the short, sharp, shock treatment. perhaps five checkpoints. last checkpoint will be in a park at the top of a hill which just happens to have a perfect 500m outdoor 'velodrome'!(dont picture Newport or Manchester).
so expect a classic Olympic style grand finale to the race. may go for three laps!
i'm gonna recce the course soon and then get on the case for sponsors etc.
anyone?
