looking forward to this. The race already has a truly international feel about it. Pj's tips on what to put in your rear shows his experience in fields not often farmed. I can't hang around after as we have two ladies coming to stay with their new twin babies. All should make for a very interesting day.

Knees aren't great since meeting with van and pavement last week. Small problem of putting pressure on pedals causes pain to front of right and back of left knee. Trying to ride through it though and should hopefully be good enough condition on Saturday to go for DFL.
Might phone the guy up and insist he tows me up the hills with his van.
